Visitation was held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Parlor. A funeral service was held at 6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Walker Memory Gardens. Rodney Thompson officiated.
He is survived by his father, Tommy Smith of Jasper; mother, Sherrie Smith; brothers, Bradly Smith and Blake Smith; grandfather, Jimmy Casenwell; grandmother, Edith Casenwell; grandfather, Tommy Garrett; and grandmother, Shirley Garrett.
