A native of Germany, she is survived by her husband, Dennis W. Smith of Jasper; two daughters, Carolyn Moody of Sylvester, Ga., and Jennifer Craig of Alexandria, S.D.; a sister, Magdalena Bryan of Williamsburg, Va.; and a brother, Wolfgang Woithe of Bitburg, Germany; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A wife, mother and best friend, she will be missed dearly. May she rest in peace with our Lord.
