The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home in Jasper.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 7, 2013, at 1 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel with burial in the Walker Memory Gardens in Jasper.
Mrs. Waldon was preceded in death by her father, James Glenn; mother, Dorthy Gaynell Lawson Haney; and step-father, Neal Haney.
She is survived by her husband, James Waldon; daughters, Melissa Clark, Belinda Waldon and Jamie Schaaf; sister, Connie Haddock; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
