Franklin Calvin “Cedar” Pulliam, 72, of Jasper, passed away on May 16, 2013, at his residence.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today, May 18, 2013, at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Curry Cemetery. John Gates will officiate.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollis and Lillian Pulliam; and nephew, Steven Gene Pulliam.

He is survived by his daughter, Lena Pulliam Butler Bowmaster (Robert) of Jasper; son, Franklin Todd Pulliam (Page) of Mobile; grandchildren, Whitney Lynne Butler Sheats (Billy), Joseph Allen Butler (U.S. Air Force) and Robert Franklin Pulliam; six step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Emily and Braxton Sheats; brothers, Donald Gene Pulliam (Dot) of Jasper and Ronald Pulliam (Carla) of Jasper; sister, Betty Pulliam Blankenship (Bill) of Franklin, Tenn.; a host of nieces and nephews; and a wonderful, huge, loving family and friends.
