Bagley attended Indian Springs High School and Birmingham Southern, where he received a masters in accounting. He was self-employed. Rogers was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He was also an expert marksman. He was a Master Mason with the Arley Fraternal Masonic Lodge #867, where he served as secretary for two years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Christine Bagley; and lifetime friend, Gardner Goodwin.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Rose Bagley; stepson, Kent Hall (Gloria); grandchildren, Savannah and Colton Hall and lifetime friend, Omar “Tut” Touchstone III.
