With Colorado being the latest state to legalize the sale of recreational marijuana, it makes me wonder what kind of society America is turning into. Just like in the 1920s and 30s when prohibition of alcohol was repealed, the government’s solution to anything they can’t control is to legalize it.

So what’s next, methamphetamines and cocaine? I tell you its a shame that a lot of people have developed a mindset that they cannot function unless they are on some kind of high. But what’s more astonishing is the number of people who think that using marijuana is no big deal and that it’s harmless.

For those of you who think this way, let me ask you this. If you were at an airport waiting to board a flight and you happen to notice the pilot and co-pilot smoking a joint of marijuana, would you get on that plane? I know I wouldn’t!

Now that Colorado has legalized marijuana, the city of Denver, which is know as the mile high city is suddenly going to take on a whole new meaning.
