Sidney Harold Justice, age 68, of West Blocton passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Bibb Medical Center. Funeral service will be held today, June 8, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Kinard Cemetery with Rev. James W. “Bill” Justice and Rev. Etheridge Smith officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:30 until 2 p.m. before the service.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Nash Justice of West Blocton; sons, John Justice (Cindy), Terry Justice, Billy Mitchell (Sue) and Butchie Mitchell; daughters, Denise Perryman (Ric), Darla Justice Boteler and Cynthia Mitchell; mother, Mary Louise Justice; brothers, Ronnie Justice and Bill Justice; sister, Jane Justice Spradlin and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Justice; son, Tommy Mitchell, brother, Johnny Justice; two granddaughters, Dee Mayes and Dolly Mayes

Pallbearers will be Tyler Boteler, Chase Boteler, Tim Wallace, Butch Mitchell and Billy Mitchell.
