The family will receive friends today, June 15, 2010, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home in Jasper.
Funeral services will be graveside Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at 1 p.m. at Boldo Cemetery. Hollis Alexander will officiate. Collins-Burke Funeral Home will direct.
He was preceded in death by his grandsons, Tim Barton, Kevin Barrett and Jimmy Barrett; daughters, Brenda Barrett and Sonya Herring; five brothers; and four sisters.
He is survived by his daughters, Gail Kinder (Harold) of Arley and Carolyn Wells (Waylon) of Jasper ; son, Elvis Allred (Jane) of Jasper; sister, Virginia Watson of Arley; 14 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
