James was preceded in death by his father, Harry Lee Broussard; dad, Ronald Biddy; grandparents, Elton and Marjorie Broussard and Nathan Wallace Alexander.
He is survived by his mother, Marie Alexander Lanthier; sister, Theresa Broussard of Longview, Texas; brother, Charles Lee Broussard of Lake Charles, La.; grandparents, Paul and Mary Vines of Carbon Hill; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
