Frank E. “Gene” Snow, 89, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010 at the Palliative Care Unit at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 20, 2010 at 2 p.m. at the Boldo United Methodist Church with burial in the Boldo Cemetery. A viewing will be held at Boldo United Methodist Church Monday from 1 p.m. until the service time. Rev. Jack Hennen will officiate.

He was predeceased by his parents, Marshall and Lena Snow, his wife, Fae B. Snow, sister, Lois Seabolt, brothers, Jack Richard and Marshall Snow, step daughter, Cindy Nelson Glaze.

He is survived by his sister Hazel Sorrell of Oneonta, daughter Leanne Fuller and husband Brian of Boldo, and son Benjamin Snow and wife Christi of San Angelo, Texas, step daughter Beth Nelson Ringler of Robertsdale and 12 grand children and six great grandchildren.

Frank was a veteran of World War II where he served in the Air Force from May 1942 to the end of the war, as a crew chief with W/317th T C Unit.
