Alfred Eugene Mancill passed at 4:37 a.m. May 19, 2022 from cancer at a Virginia hospital. He was born October 27, 1942 in Caryville, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Thomas Mancill and Allie Victoria Mancill; sister, Ruth Smothers; wife, Betty Mancill; son, Terry Mancill Sr.; daughter-in-law, Michelle Mancill; and granddaughter, Rosa Yevette.
He is survived by his daughter, Taleta Cope; son, Danny Mancill Sr.; stepson, Howard (Bo) Chandler; former wife, Pat Brown; brothers, Jimmy Mancill, Buford (Voncile) Mancill; 11 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
